Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment.
• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Class A or luxury multifamily experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work some evenings; must be able to work weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required for routine outreach marketing; mileage reimbursement provided at IRS rate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing personalized tours highlighting the community’s value and features.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
• Support leasing performance by contributing to occupancy goals and conversion efforts.
• Respond to prospect inquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents to support satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including online presence, reputation management, and community events.
• Maintain knowledge of the community, amenities, and market to position the property effectively.
• Prepare lease documentation, process applications, and maintain records.
• Assist with resident move-ins and onboarding for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with on-site management and team members to support a high-performing leasing environment.
