Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
• Computer literacy, including experience with property management or accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the residential experience for residents living at Vicinia communities.
• Manage the consumer life cycle including acquisition, service, retention and separations.
• Provide information about apartments and the community to prospective residents and schedule visits.
• Leasing apartments at an acceptable percentage of total prospects.
• Prepare and assist with leasing paperwork (applications, leases, addenda, employment/credit checks, move-in packets).
• Maintain knowledge of rent, pricing, market comps, vacancies, availability, lease expirations, and square footage.
