HSL Asset Management LLC. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as a front-line, service-oriented rental professional in Tucson. You will showcase apartment features, assist prospects, and ensure a welcoming, resident-focused environment while supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented team.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales ability, and attention to detail, with duties spanning from showing units to processing applications and renewals.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate over the telephone and in-person with prospects, residents, vendors, corporate and resident staff.
• People skills for developing personal connections with prospective renters and reducing turnover.
• Basic computer, internet and typing skills; ability to use common office software.

Responsabilidades

• Highlighting the community, answering questions, and guiding residents to view apartments and amenities.
• Responding to potential resident rental interest in-person and via digital platforms.
• Maintaining a professional, friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas.
• Inspecting units prior to move-in and during move-out, reporting maintenance needs.
• Presenting new rental offers and existing resident lease renewals.
• Managing resident communication and addressing issues; handling background checks and lease applications.
• Attending meetings and assisting with reports, communications, and market surveys.
