Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tucson, AZ to warmly welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You’ll conduct tours, process applications, and handle renewals while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with maintenance to keep the property looking its best.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to close leases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention efforts through outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Inspect community appearance and coordinate with maintenance to maintain high standards.
• Assist with marketing outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
