Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic leasing professional to join our Tucson property team. You will assist with leasing, manage applications, and help maintain high occupancy while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and knowledge of property software a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewal activity.
• Process rental applications and present to General Manager for execution.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as required.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs for the property.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to maintain good relations.
• Coordinate license renewals with City and legal counsel.
• Assist in check-out procedures and ensure final accounts are accurate.
• Maintain accurate leases, check-ins, and documentation.
