Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales process and lease renewals.
• Mentor and train team in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage resident files and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Explain lease provisions and oversee move-ins and orientations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and coordinate with maintenance.
