Responsibilities

• Work with prospective residents to identify needs and help them find the perfect home.
• Screen and approve qualified applicants in line with policy and regulations; prepare leases and move-in docs.
• Prepare property for daily showings, including opening/closing model units and amenities.
• Manage the new resident move-in process for a smooth transition into the community.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional, responsive interactions.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
• Attend and assist with resident events and activities as required.
• Follow up with leasing leads and log traffic into CRM.
