Eenhoorn LLC, a 2026 Best Places to Work in Multifamily winner, is looking for a Leasing Specialist at The Retreat at Spring Apartments in Spring, TX. You’ll be the first contact for residents and prospective renters, delivering an upbeat, professional welcome and guiding them through every step of the leasing process.

In this 40-hour/week role, you’ll screen applicants, prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and maintain positive resident relations while using CRM and Microsoft Office to stay

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Experience operating office equipment & Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective residents to identify needs and help them find the perfect home.
• Screen and approve qualified applicants; prepare leases and move-in documentation.
• Prepare property for daily showings and model units; coordinate move-ins.
• Manage the new resident move-in process for a smooth transition.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
