Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and showcase the community's features and amenities.
• Prepare and explain lease documents with accuracy and professionalism for a smooth move-in experience.
• Assist with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs where applicable.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintain leasing data, respond to inquiries, and implement sales/marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents and coordinate events to foster a welcoming community.
• Participate in company training programs to grow knowledge in property management.
• Uphold high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism.
