Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will show units, qualify applicants, tour communities, and secure leases while maintaining strong customer service and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Conduct property tours, qualify leads, and sign leases.
• Process leasing paperwork and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and update leasing metrics.
• Support in developing resident retention programs and events.
