Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across our community. You will work with the on-site team to drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by handling leasing activities, tours, applications and renewals.

The role requires high school completion, strong communication skills, and proficiency with marketing tools and Yardi. On-site work in Prosper, TX with standard hours and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing or leasing is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and internet marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects in person, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing activities and drive traffic to the property using social media and email campaigns.
• Track leasing activities and resident data using the property management software (Yardi).
• Deliver lease renewal letters and packages and manage renewal communications with residents.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions.
