Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in packages and ensure smooth lease signings.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain show units and communicate maintenance needs with the team.
• Maintain resident and prospect data in the on-site software system.
