Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves managing tours, applications, and renewals with a focus on resident satisfaction and market responsiveness.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience in sales/marketing.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal efforts to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to present a compelling property.
• Design and execute local marketing activities to drive traffic and leases.
• Use Yardi or similar software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist with monthly reports and administrative tasks as needed.
