Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Marketing Representative to coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies across on-site teams. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and assemble move-in packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will manage marketing campaigns, social media, and email outreach while using Yardi to track data and ensure unit readiness. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Employment history demonstrating experience in sales, marketing, internet usage, and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and prepare move-in packages.
• Ensure smooth resident move-ins and coordinate with maintenance on move-in items.
• Design and carry out offsite marketing, employer outreach, and internet-based marketing (social media, email).
• Use Yardi to track availability, record traffic, manage data, and capture demographics.
• Support lease renewals, prepare renewal paperwork, and meet deadlines with residents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns and escalate when needed.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
