• Clear and effective communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Showcase and lease properties with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Support resident retention and timely renewals.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM clearly.
• Explain options, generate quotes, and package details for prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities, market competition, and community standards.
