Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, retention, and occupancy with a strong customer-service focus in the Oklahoma City area. The role emphasizes greeting prospects, preparing move-in paperwork, and recording interactions while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements.

The position requires experience in customer-facing roles, solid English communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record all visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposit per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Update availability reports and process applications for approval.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and follow up on notices.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and file market data.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Accept rental payments and route to Assistant Community Manager.
• Type lease paperwork and input information into Yardi system accurately.
• Assist management with various tasks and policies.
