Prime Residential is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant at Villages of Monterey in Oceanside, CA. You will be the primary on-site contact for current and prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding them through tours, applications, and move-in processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects and present the community and amenities.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and text providing efficient service.
• Conduct community tours and assist with lease applications and verifications.
• Research competitive properties and suggest marketing ideas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents through events and communications.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and ensure a welcoming resident experience.
