Job summary

SRG Residential in Corona, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Monterey, a 442‑unit community. This full‑time role requires 40 hours per week with weekend availability, and involves guiding prospects, touring model apartments, and explaining floorplans, amenities, location, and lease terms.

You will qualify applicants, verify applications and documents, collect deposits, and introduce residents to community procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience a must.
• High school diploma or GED; or related experience/training.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong listening and teamwork abilities.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective residents and records information to ascertain needs.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses lay-out, facilities, and lease terms.
• Qualifies prospective residents; verifies applications and related paperwork.
• Completes lease forms and collects deposits and application fees.
• Introduces residents to apartment procedures.
• Promotes positive resident relations and quality living experience.
