Qualifications

• Two years of transferable experience in customer service
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Resident Experience team to drive property success
• Maintain a professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members
