Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Miami to serve as the primary contact for residents and prospects. You will deliver outstanding service and sales excellence while guiding prospects to choose homes and supporting residents throughout their residency.

You will report to the Senior Community/Community Manager and collaborate to determine day-to-day duties based on skills and goals, while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in multifamily, retail, or hospitality helpful.
• Ability to work weekends and travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and build a personal connection to determine needs.
• Professionally present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications, verification, and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads to leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Update market survey on rents, specials and events.
• Answer calls, manage inquiries, and input data into systems.
• Facilitate move-ins and prepare welcome packages and keys.
• Maintain a clean, market-ready office and model homes.
• Support resident relations, renewals and transfers as needed.
