You will support move-ins, renewals, and daily leasing operations with accurate data entry and market awareness.

Ideal candidates bring high school or GED, strong communication skills, and experience in multi-family housing or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; customer service passion.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in multi-family or related property management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and build personal connections.
• Present the community and homes with features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and notify results promptly.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up on non-leases.
• Update market surveys on rents, specials, and events.
• Enter data and prepare leasing reports for the Manager.
