This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused mindset to help maintain high occupancy across tenancy lifecycles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in multifamily, rentals, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs and preferences.
• Present community and home features and benefits.
• Complete lease applications and assist with verification.
• Convert leads into leases and follow up with non-leasing prospects.
• Maintain data in information systems and prepare leasing reports.
