Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Alister Sherman Oaks. The role is the primary contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding customer service while driving leasing success and presenting homes with their features and benefits.

Responsibilities include processing applications, following up on leads, coordinating move-ins, and supporting resident relations. A strong communication ability and experience in multi-family property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in multi-family rentals, property management, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospective residents and create a personal connection while determining needs and preferences.
• Present the community and homes along with features and benefits.
• Process lease applications, assist with verification, and notify results promptly.
• Manage and convert prospect leads to leases to achieve leasing goals.
• Support move-ins and coordinate with residents through the residency lifecycle.
