Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to guide applicants and residents through leasing, move-in, renewal, and move-out processes. You will engage prospects, respond to inquiries, and coordinate showings to showcase the property’s exceptional living experiences.

Role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with involvement in outreach and events to foster resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Experience in Property Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Create exceptional living experiences during every resident interaction.
• Attract new prospects through outreach and advertising using unique selling features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where required.
• Monitor and manage prospective resident waitlists.
• Inspect the property regularly to identify deficiencies.
