Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage marketing, leasing and resident engagement across our communities.

You will guide prospects through applications, leases, moves, and renewals, delivering exceptional living experiences and a welcoming, professional first impression.

This role requires at least one year in customer service, a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; Property Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all community inquiries with exceptional service.
• Deliver high resident experience through professional interactions.
• Attract new prospects and respond to inquiries to drive occupancy.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where required.
• Inspect property and prepare for daily showings.
• Assist with Lifeworks events and community activities.
• Understand lease agreements and policies.
