Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to deliver exceptional living experiences across marketing, sales and resident engagement. You will support the Community Management Team to meet leasing goals and occupancy, guiding the process from application to renewal.

This role emphasizes high customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with industry software; on-site work in our Georgia communities; prior hospitality or property management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and implement marketing strategy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms when required.
• Deliver outstanding resident experience through professional interactions.
• Guide leasing and move-in to renewal processes for tenants.
• Conduct inspections and ensure property readiness for occupancy.
