Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance living experiences by engaging with prospects, applicants and current residents. You will assist with application, leasing, move-in, renewal or move-out processes and drive positive outcomes across properties.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service and a background in Property Management or Hospitality, with strong MS Office skills and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to community inquiries with exceptional service.
• Deliver high resident experience through professional interactions.
• Assist in attracting prospects and guiding applicants through leasing and move-in processes.
• Support renewals and manage waitlists and showings.
• Coordinate events and assist with Lifeworks activities.
