Job summary

Sterling Group, a family‑owned real estate investment services firm, seeks a Leasing Consultant to build relationships with residents, greet prospects, and guide them through the leasing process. The role involves data entry in CRM, coordinating applications, and promoting available units and community amenities.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office and Yardi knowledge, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of property management, retail service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi knowledge preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residents.
• Greet and tour prospective residents and highlight key features.
• Complete follow-ups promptly per policy guidelines.
• Assist in leasing process by preparing lease agreements and documenting required materials.
• Manage leads and visits in Yardi CRM to convert prospects into residents.
• Provide information on availability, move-in dates, and procedures.
• Assist with applications and ensure efficient processing.
• Track leasing activity and occupancy, and maintain data in property systems.
