Job summary

Sterling Group in Kannapolis, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with prospective and current residents, show apartment homes, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage leads in Yardi, prepare lease documents, and support a busy property team.

Work involves coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining unit knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced apartment community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in property management, retail service or sales desired.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Yardi program knowledge, preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Complete follow-up promptly and in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information and assistance to prospects and residents; enter inquiries into CRM.
