Balfour Beatty Communities seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to manage marketing, sales, and resident engagement across our properties. You will interact with prospects and residents to identify the best housing solutions and guide them through applications, leasing, move-ins and renewals.

Role emphasizes exceptional living experiences, strong communication, and collaboration with community teams to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; Property Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong people management and leadership skills; solid interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries per Exceptional Living Policies.
• Deliver high resident experience through consistent, positive interactions.
• Attract new prospects via outreach and advertising using our selling features.
• Follow up with qualified prospects per Exceptional Living policy.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms when required.
• Monitor and manage the prospective resident waitlist per company policy.
