Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and proper use and storage of chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents and property management team.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement and minor plumbing repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and community spaces.
• Assist with new move-ins, ensuring units are clean and prepared for new tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness of amenity areas and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens and laundry facilities.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor plumbing repairs.
• Keep grounds and parking areas in good condition.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints via company systems.
• Monitor property for safety hazards and report to management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and storerooms.
