Job summary

Birge & Held Group LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for The Slate in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the on-site first contact for residents and prospects, delivering exceptional service and guiding leasing options and community amenities.

You will manage records in Onesite and collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and AR teams to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to issues. A pro-active, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Build relationships and present leasing options and community amenities.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Onesite and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for move-in and renewals.
