Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer- focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• One (1) year or more years in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Be a self-starter with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents while following policies and laws.
• Explain available units, amenities, and leasing options to prospects.
• Collaborate with sales, leasing, and operations teams for smooth handoffs and renewals.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Onesite and generate KPI reports.
• Assist with events, admin tasks, and adherence to SOPs.
