Capital Square Living is seeking a Multi-Site Living Consultant for Integra Vistas and 17 Broad. The role centers on welcoming prospective residents and coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to drive occupancy and revenue. You will perform tours, process applications, and manage resident data using on-site software like Yardi.

Onsite at our properties, you’ll deliver strong customer service, coordinate move-ins, and support resident satisfaction through lease terms and renewals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and adapt marketing plans.
• Use Yardi or similar software to track availability and data.
• Respond promptly to resident and Capital Square concerns.
