Job summary

Greystar in Arlington, VA is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities to optimize occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring move‑in readiness and tenant satisfaction.

You will analyze market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive traffic through referrals and online channels. Proficiency with property management software and a flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and monitor market conditions.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referral programs and online tools.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
