Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks an entry-level Leasing and Service Professional to generate leases and deliver an exceptional prospect experience at our Aurora community. You will qualify leads, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining strong resident-facing service.

You will support move-ins, renewals, and ongoing customer service, with opportunities to engage in marketing events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and community policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain lead, traffic, and prospect follow-up records in the property management system.
• Support resident move-ins, renewals, and general customer service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, resident events, and social media/community promotion.
• Maintain professional presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and all company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
