Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert leads into tours.
• Conduct tailored property tours and present available units.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases and meet leasing goals.
• Maintain records, screen applications, and process move-ins in compliance with policy.
• Monitor traffic sources and market surveys to support leasing strategy.
