Job summary

Bell Partners is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our community. You will be the first contact for residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing.

You’ll interact with current residents on day‑to‑day issues and renewals, serving as a communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams. You will support marketing efforts, ensureFair Housing standards, and help manage applications and lease packets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong MS Office Suite knowledge.
• Professional image and ability to work in a team.
• Resourceful and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell the property’s products and services.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and major competitors.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease.
• Receive resident inquiries and provide timely follow up.
