Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours and present available units.
• Follow up with prospects to close leases.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in documents per policy.
• Support move-ins and resident orientation.
• Assist in planning resident events and retention initiatives.
