American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for University Village in Tallahassee to support leasing, marketing, and resident services. You will help close leads, host tours, and maintain a welcoming, organized office environment.

The role requires enrollment in a degree or certificate program and availability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will engage with prospective residents and families, manage inquiries, and contribute to a positive living

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program.
• Experience in leasing or sales is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Proactive in marketing and events.
• Proficient in customer service and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Give leasing tours and answer inquiries.
• Enter prospective resident data into Salesforce promptly.
• Plan and execute social media strategies for the community.
• Support Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes.
• Maintain a professional image and resident relations.
