Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Close sales: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours and follow up with prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold ACC policies and standards.
• Work a structured administrative office shift, including evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, and Move-Out processes.
• Leasing and marketing: conduct tours, handle inquiries, log guest cards, and enter data into Salesforce.
• Support community events and social media marketing efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, report hazards, and assist in after-hours emergencies.
• Collaborate with team, attend trainings, and contribute to staff meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks and inventory/checks as assigned.
