American Campus Communities in Stadium Centre, Tallahassee, FL seeks a Marketing & Resident Experience Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue through marketing and leasing efforts. You will conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, and manage events to foster an engaging living environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in leasing, sales, or marketing, with strong communication skills and a knack for social media to boost resident engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in leasing, marketing, or sales.
• Experience reading leasing documents and business correspondence.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience in student housing or property leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and drive occupancy through marketing and leasing execution.
• Conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, and manage room assignments.
• Create engaging tours and address objections to close tours.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and complete move-in/move-out admin.
• Assist with office tasks, including package management.
• Plan lease-up events, renewals, and resident programs.
• Execute sales/marketing strategies across traditional and digital channels.
• Create social media content per company standards.
• Audit property websites and listings for accuracy and visuals.
• Report performance metrics to supervisors and teams.
