Job summary

Greystar’s Union on Fletcher in Tampa seeks a part-time Community Assistant to support leasing, marketing, and customer service at the student living community. You will assist with tours, respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, and help manage move-in/move-out activities while maintaining resident relations and satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional on-campus marketing outreach and event coordination to generate qualified traffic

Qualifications

• Performs routine administrative tasks for leasing office including filing resident files and organizing rent payments.
• Responds to resident inquiries and coordinates tours to drive occupancy goals.
• Supports move-in/move-out processes and handles lease paperwork with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy targets.
• Conduct virtual and on-site tours, greet prospects, and qualify applicants.
• Coordinate resident events and communications (flyers, surveys, notices).
• Serve as after-hours liaison and respond to emergencies within designated timelines.
