American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for University Village in Philadelphia, PA. You will assist property management with leasing activities, tours, and resident services while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires enrollment in a degree program at an accredited institution and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position supports Turn/Move-In/Move-Out processes and teamwork across the property.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program at an accredited college or university.
• Able to close sales, conduct tours, collect guest cards, and enter data in Salesforce.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to represent ACC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and answer inquiries.
• Enter prospective resident information into Salesforce.
• Assist with marketing events and campaigns.
• Support Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes and general office duties.
