Job summary

Morgan Properties seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Preserve at Owings Crossing in Maryland. You’ll deliver an exceptional resident experience, welcome residents, conduct tours, and coordinate move-ins while supporting daily operations and events to foster a thriving community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience.
• Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
• Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
• Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.
