Mark-Taylor in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a Leasing Consultant to represent our community and deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. You will conduct informative tours, guide applicants through the full application process, and help maintain a welcoming, high-standard property.

With 1 year of sales or customer service experience and strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in sales or customer service.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high levels of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor and greet residents and prospects.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
• Close sales by guiding applicants through the full application process.
• Maintain communication across email, phone, and in-person channels.
• Maintain resident files, accept rent payments, manage availability/pricing.
• Create a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor standards.
