Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Revolve at Ballpark Village in Goodyear, AZ. You will greet prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the application process while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires at least one year of sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor for prospective and current residents with exceptional service.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the full application process and follow up on status.
• Create positive experiences for residents through all communication channels.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and manage availability and pricing.
