Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Revolve at Ballpark Village in Goodyear, AZ. You will welcome residents and prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the full leasing process with exceptional service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and sales skills to close rentals and manage pricing and availability, while representing Mark-Taylor’s high standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor and greet residents and prospects with a warm, helpful approach.
• Conduct detailed tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and pricing.
• Guide prospects through the full application process and follow up on status.
• Create positive experiences via email, phone, and in person communications.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark-Taylor brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
