Tribute Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Westgate Landing Apartments in Charlotte, NC. You will lead leasing/renewals and coordinate with the team to deliver exceptional resident experiences at 3145 Prado Lane.

Required 3-5 years in multifamily/hospitality management with strong leadership and communication skills. Yardi software proficiency and a PM designation are a plus. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

• Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software; property management designation (NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS) is a plus.
