Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and resident experience at an established multifamily community in Charlotte. You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, enforce lease policies, and ensure safety and service standards while driving occupancy and revenue.

Strong leadership and budgeting skills, knowledge of property management software, and a customer‑service oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead a team or work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rents, collect fees, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and ensure proper insurance and chart coding.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices as needed.
• Analyze market trends to inform marketing and leasing strategies.
